Two hundred and fifty euros an hour. That is the entire price list. Everything below it is that number multiplied, and I will tell you how many hours a thing takes before you have to ask.
There are no packages, no retainers, no day rates that quietly assume ten hours, and no discount for volume. One number, multiplied. If a piece of work needs fewer hours than you expected, it costs less, and I will say so rather than filling the time.
There is only one number, so the arithmetic is the whole quote
The work, the thinking between sessions, and anything I build while I am there, which is yours and stays yours when I leave. That last part is the point of hiring somebody who builds: you do not end up renting the thing that was made for you.
VAT. Travel outside Stockholm, at cost. Third-party costs such as model usage, hosting or licences, at cost and with the invoice attached, never marked up.
Most people in this trade will not tell you the number until they have decided what they think you can pay. I would rather price than negotiate, partly because it saves us both a meeting, and mostly because a rate that changes depending on who is asking is not a rate.
It also makes the rest of this publication legible. Issue 09 lists the work I refuse. This one lists what the rest costs. Between them you can work out how I will behave before you have met me, which is the only thing a site like this can honestly do.
